Cherished 16 yr. old Chihuahua Missing: Shorty has been missing from the Black Lake area since August 3, 2011. He is a special needs Chihuahua, blind in one eye and nearly deaf. His body is white with a tan thumb print mark on the top of his head and a tan marking under his right ear on his head.
