"Bonfires, Beaver Pelts & Bogeymen" Scary Stories: Follow a trail of glowing jack-o-lanterns to a blazing bonfire in the meadow beyond the walls of Ft. Nisqually. Storytellers from the past will send shivers down your spine as their words bring forth the spirits of the fur trade. The evening begins with "gentler" takes appropriate for all ages; after a break for cider and cookies, the stories get increasingly scarier. $5 per adult, $3 per child, or $20 for a family.
