Lessons Learned from New Zealand Earthquake: Emergency Manager Jon Mitchell will discuss the recent New Zealand earthquake disaster response. Mitchell will explain why the smaller quake caused more damage, and how response and recovery lessons learned in the quake can be applied to reduce our risks in the Cascadia Earthquake Region of the Pacific Northwest.
