VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Due to the closure of Priest Point Park, the volunteer event for Saturday, January 28, has been moved to the Olympia Woodland Trail. Help the Parks Department clean up storm debris from the trail. The event will include an educational talk by the parks staff, followed by a cleanup project. Meet at the shelter at 1600 Eastside St SE. There will also be an event by the Woodland Trail Greenway Association the following day to plant trees. Tools, gloves and refreshments will be provided. Volunteers under 18 must be signed in; any youth under 14 must have a parent or guardian present. Saturday, January 28th, 10am-1pm.
