Helmet Sales at the Lacey Fun Fair: Safe Kids Thurston County will be at the Lacey Spring Fun Fair fitting and selling bike helmets for children at the reduced cost of only $10 each. Apart from the automobile, bikes are tied to more childhood injuries than any other consumer product. In 2009, 91% of bicyclists killed were not wearing a helmet.
