FREE! "Healthy Aging" Presentation: Wellness coach and author Heidi Golightly will present "Healthy Aging" at the Olympia Timberland Library. Growing old gracefully is the goal for Golightly - to look good, feel good, and not rely on pharmaceuticals to keep functioning.
