Olympia Downtown for the Holidays: Downtown for the Holidays is a day filled with fun and entertainment! Bring your family and enjoy the day! There will be horse-drawn wagon rides, a visit and photos with Santa, a parade, a gingerbread house contest, a tree lighting ceremony, and lots more! Noon to 5 pm – Gingerbread Holiday Competition – Located in the Urban Onion Ballroom in the Olympian Hotel. Organized by South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity.
1 to 2:30 pm – First Christian Church Chime Choir – Olympian Hotel Lobby second floor
3 pm – Holiday Parade – On Capitol Way from Olympia Farmers Market to Sylvester Park
4 pm – Olympia Highlanders Pipes & Drums – Sylvester Park and Legion Way
4 pm – Singing Christmas Tree performance by Capital Playhouse’s Kids in Koncert – Legion Way next to Sylvester Park
