Chum Salmon and Cider Event: Enjoy hot cider and snacks while learning from Thurston County Stream Team Salmon Stewards about the wild spawning chum salmon at the McLane Creek Nature Trail! Come dressed for the weather and wear study boots or shoes. Visitors need to display a Discover Pass when they enter because the trail is a state recreation site (a day pass is $10; $30 for an annual pass). Sunday, November 18th, 11am-1pm. McLane Creek Nature Trail, Delphi Rd, Olympia. Meet at covered shelter in lower parking lot.
