Northwest Spay & Neuter Center "Wine & Dine 2013": The “Whiskers Wine & Dine” fundraiser, which includes dinner as well as silent, live, and dessert auctions, helps raise money to end pet overpopulation. Proceeds support Northwest Spay & Neuter Center (formerly known as Coalition: HUMAne), a local nonprofit providing affordable spay and neuter services for cats, dogs, and rabbits.
