Saint Martin's University will welcome world-renowned chef Mario Batali for its 2011 Gala, a black-tie affair benefiting student scholarships. Gala attendees will enjoy an entertaining culinary demonstration by Batali, whose five-course dinner will be served with specially selected wine and accompanied by an exciting live and silent auction.
