Accel mortgage was founded in 1991 by Scott Moe and Jeff Smith, president and vice-president respectively. Their goal was to fill a need in the community they felt was not being met - a friendly lending partner that was willing to help plan the customer's mortgage needs into the future and provide superior service for a lifetime. Starting with a single office in Vancouver, Washington, Accel has now grown to six offices throughout the Pacific Northwest.
