I grew up imitating '60s Top 40 jocks which had absolutely nothing to do with landing in radio. Since 1979 I've been working with businesses to develop effective marketing campaigns utilizing radio and other mediums. I'm a member of the founding staff of Mixx 96.1 and bring almost two decades of marketing and promotion experience in the Southwest Washington market to businesses.

Greg Stevens

I was destined to become an entertainer! Most of my business life was spent in Wichita, Kansas where I worked in retail and the advertising business and traveled with a country band known as the Wichita Linemen. In 1999, my wife Jeannie said it was time to move, as she had hated Wichita since she was 10 years old, and she wanted to be near mountains and trees. We moved to Olympia with our three children, and I promptly went to work for Mixx 96.1. I've also served on the Board of Directors of The Salvation Army, YMCA, The Rotary Club of Hawks Prairie, and the Olympia Master Builders Association, where I was The Associates Council VP and the Chair of The Big Home and Garden Show for several years. I've received the Service Above Self Award from Rotary, Volunteer of the Week Award from the Volunteer Center, twice been named Associate of the Year by the Olympia Master Builders Association, and am currently co-chair of Business Showcase for the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce, where I also serve as an Ambassador. My creative side is served by writing musical images for advertisers and performing regularly with the Evergreen Christian Community Choir and Orchestra, where just about every Sunday you can see me perform on my hot pink guitar. I believe that radio is the most powerful form of media available today! I only want what's best for my clients and believe heavily in "gravitational marketing." Hi! I'm Don Wesel. I'm a radio rat! Not counting my B.A. in advertising from Brigham Young University, I've got 25+ years experience in advertising media. Don't get me wrong, as long as I have to work for a living, this is an awesome job, but I'd rather be hiking in the mountains, making footprints on the ocean shore, or anywhere in between with my wife and four children enjoying the amazing beauty of this earth God created for us. I'm actually more comfortable being among big rocks, big trees, or big water than among desks.

Sheryl Miner

I grew up in Centralia but have lived in Seattle and Southern California. I love Olympia, however, because of its size and close proximity. I came back here to raise my children in a small town atmosphere. I now have three grown children who have spread far and wide across the country.

I started out as a "Loyal Listener" and heard that they were looking for an advertising executive. I applied for that position, and I guess my enthusiasm helped get me the job. I love the station and I know a lot of other people do too. I hear it everywhere I go! I have to believe in what I am selling and that's great because I know our listeners and advertisers do too!

Hans Anderson – Tacoma/Puyallup Sales

I come to Mixx 96.1 from the Seattle radio market. After selling for over five years at some of the biggest radio stations in the area, I left to work for Mixx 96.1. With a radio station like Mixx my advertisers get the very best value possible for their advertising dollar. There isn’t always much credit given to the Tacoma/Puyallup/Olympia area in the advertising community. Hey! I'm Kasey Gregory. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and recently moved to the Evergreen State of Washington. While in California I studied broadcasting and worked in radio and TV. While working as a sales assistant for one station I soon realized that I actually wanted to be the sales person and help businesses grow with broadcast advertising.
